Its Your Phone is free software. You can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public License.
You can download the source here (itsyourphone-source-0.1.tar.gz).
To build the Android client you need the Android SDK. Its Your Phone is developed and tested with SDK version m5-rc14. You can download SDK Version m5-rc14 here.
The server is build by Maven 2. Installation instructions for Maven you find here.
